Image Specification

Photos must be in JPEG file format, Max.
The horizontal length is 1920 pix. Max.
The vertical length is 1080 pix. in 300 dpi.
Compression 7-12, max 2Mb.
Oversized images shall be rejected by the system. Image title length must be less than or equal to 35 characters. Titles do not need to be translated to English but must be given in English characters.

Closing Date: 12th November 2024
Judging End: 16th – 30th November 2024
Notification Date: 07th December 2024
Submit EDAS report: 30th December 2024
Awards / Galleries: 29th January 2025

PARTICIPATION COST

Foreign Entrants: USD 30 for any Two Sections, and USD 10 for each Additional Section.
Payment: Entry fees have to be sent online through PayPal.

ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT ENTRY FEES WITHIN THE CLOSING DATE WILL NOT BE JUDGED. NO CORRESPONDENCE SHALL BE ENTERTAINED IN THIS REGARD LATER.

BEST GROUP AWARD: Groups with 25 or more participants are eligible for the Best Group Award. Total number of acceptances from all the participants from the same group will be calculated for the best group. If multiple groups get the same acceptances, then best group will be decided on the rank of the awards.
